Terms and Conditions

Even though all tours take place on well-maintained paths, keep in mind that walking in nature entails some risk. However, by taking the standard precautions, such as good shoes and clothing, being careful, staying on the trails, following the instructions of the guide and using common sense, the risk will be kept to a minimum. Witty Walks is not liable for injuries or falls and damage or loss of property during the trip. Please ensure you take out a good travel insurance to cover things such as medical expenses, cancellations, personal items, personal accidents, money & public liability before taking a tour.

 

Due to local (weather) conditions, the guide may be forced to adjust the offered program on site.

 

If for any reason we are not able to provide your tour with us a full refund will be given. We will notice you about this as soon as possible.

 

Cancellation policy:

The client has the right to cancel the booking free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the tour. If the payment has already been made, the client will get a full refund. If the client cancels the tour less than 14 days before the start of the tour, the entire sum will be charged and no refunds will be given.

 

It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the agreed location. Please let us know if you are running late.

 

If you don’t show up on the day of the tour and have not given us advance notice you are liable for the full cost of the tour.
